JOIN OUR EXCITING NEW EVENT SERIES, "THE CULTURE EXCHANGE" SUPPER CLUB
Our team are bringing the best of Latin America to London with another one-night only takeover on 12th March as part of our Culture Exchange programme.
We’re giving Londoner’s the rare chance to try four never-before-seen dishes from iconic Costa Rican chef, Diengo Chou, paired with cocktails from one of the region’s best bars, Selvática Social Club, part of The World's 50 Best Discovery list.
The menu will feature ingredients like Pejibaye, or “Heart of Palm”, which can only grow in incredibly humid regions, Mirliton Squash, a delicious variety of squash local to the region, as well as giving guests the chance to try a Beef Tongue plate, before finishing off with a Chocolate Flight, a trio of Costa Rican chocolates. These dishes will be served alongside four drinks from Selvática Social Club, who are known for their perfect food/cocktail pairings.
Doors open at 6.00pm where you will enjoy a welcome drink, with dinner starting from 6.30pm-8.30pm, followed by a full takeover of the bar from San José’s Selvática Social Club.

Limited spaces are available to enjoy our set menu including four dishes and four cocktails per person for £95. (Every ingredient is integral to each dish and drink, with many brought in from Costa Rica, therefore we are unable to cater to dietary restrictions.)
