Our name, “Viajante”, translates to “traveller” in Spanish, reflecting our commitment to celebrating exceptional cultures, unfamiliar ingredients, and evocative experiences across the world.
Our current menu is a reflection of the travel and relationships our team createdover the past year with some incredible chefs and bartenders across Latin America.
Crafting drinks with ingredients carefully sourced from our team’s recent travel across Latin America, our current inspirations spans from Mexico down to Argentina and from Peru to Brazil.
